该 VF526DT 双极锁存、双霍尔效应数字式位置传感器配备两个霍尔感应元件，位于距单集成电路芯片 1,4 mm [0.055 in] 处。元件被封装在热固性成型材料中。
两个主动式的锁存式霍尔传感器指示出越过封装表面的磁场梯度的速度和方向，如旋转环形磁铁的梯度。
小巧的 4 针 SOT-89B 式封装，可在印刷电路板上和柔性电路中进行表面安装。VF526DT̵7 内置温度补偿功能，旨在匹配低成本磁体的温度系数，可用于组成性能可靠但成本低廉的传感器-磁体组合。
独特的稳压电路，可在3.4 Vdc 至 24 Vdc 的电源电压条件下提供超稳定的操作。它可直接连接到各种电子组件，无需缓冲或补偿电路。
