总览
AWM700 系列微桥气体质量流量传感器凭借特殊设计的旁路流量外壳，可实现同轴流量测量。传感器可测量高达 200 标准升/每分钟 (SLPM) 的流量，同时通常产生 1 in H2O 的压降。 AWM700 的测量范围大，尺寸小。
传感器的响应时间为 6 毫秒，需要一个 10 Vdc 电源，但仅消耗 60 mW 的功率。 紧凑的塑料封装可经受 25 psi 的压力而不降低性能。插入式 APP 兼容连接器实现可靠连接。
传感器也非常适合用于便携式装置和电池供电应用中。AWM700 系列传感器在健康通风市场和健康分析仪器应用中，具备成熟的可靠性、高准确度和精密操作特性。
它在整个生命周期内的准确度高，无需重新校准。 AWM700 传感器电路可执行放大和温度补偿功能。
注意：产品损伤
AWM 系列微桥式气体质量流量传感器不适用于测量液体流量，液体流过传感器时会损坏传感器。
